The reason its called "Slendytubbies 1 Plus Mac & Linux" when theres a Windows build is cause if you have the itch.io app and the System version of Wine you can run games even if its only on Windows so you can add this to your collection and then go on the itch.io app and then you can download and play this (if you have the system version of Wine)

Just so you know: This will always stay up to date with the Windows version (which is on GameJolt)

The answer (from reddit) is: The version of wine that is installed on the system, instead of a version of proton in steam or a wine version that Lutris is using as a runner.
